Mama has added some
tasty new items to her Café menus – Check out these new items: Southwest Sampler Appetizer, Southwest Chicken Salad, Texas Twister Hamburger, New Electric Pig Sandwich, Pecan Crusted Trout, Chicken Enchiladas Verde, Chicken Parmesan, and two new delicious desserts – Chocolate Caramel Peanut Pie, and for you Cheesecake lovers – Try our new Colossal Cheesecake topped with strawberry sauce and whipped cream – it’s enough to share! Our “order at the counter” Main Plaza Café has become a favorite breakfast and lunch destination for those who work downtown and in the Courthouse area. The Café serves it’s full breakfast menu from 7am until 11am, Monday through Friday. Lunch is served from 11am until 3pm. Our popular hand-dipped milk shakes are a regular afternoon treat for many who work nearby and it’s not unusual to see someone walking out with 10 or more homemade shakes for their entire office! Although this Café has a limited “favorites” menu, they also offer daily plate specials and homemade soups every day. The Deli Mama, at the corner of Main and Commerce, is right next to Mama’s Café and has a delightful view of Main Plaza, the Courthouse and City Hall. It’s a relaxing spot to have lunch and you will find your favorite sandwich on the varied menu – all freshly made to order when you arrive. Deli Mama also features a Baked Potato Bar, Homemade Soups, and Homemade Pizzas. Check out all the memorabilia from the old Playland Amusement Park, including the red airplane kiddy ride that hangs over the dining area. The Deli is open for lunch Monday through Friday between 11am-3pm. |
